Curley PawWord Story
“Hey fam, it’s Curley, your Spencerville hero! π Just living the high-life with Puddlez, prowling on two wheels & feasting on steak pizza slices π(minus the tomatoes, ew). Today’s agenda? Barking up Husky Hill, turning our backyard into a racetrack ποΈ & then cooling off in the pool. ποΈ Life’s also about quiet days soaking sunrays in Golden Gate Gardens and spoiling ourselves at The Barking Boutique ποΈ. Fetch-N-Bites dinner, anyone? π Puddlez has to pick up her allergy meds, those pesky ginger cats! πββ¬ And remember, vacuums be warned, we aren’t scared of you! Maintaining our Spencerville spirit & waiting for you all to join this wild ride one day! Keep your heads high & tread the path of adventures β until next time, life as Curley is ruff-ing awesome π”
For all the two- and four-legged souls out there, allow me to introduce myself. I’m Curley, a forty-pound Keeshond with a tri-color tapestry for fur, the hulking protector of Spencerville, home of the upper echelons of animal-kind. Call us a motorcycle club, if you like, but we’re mostly about fun, adventure and asserting our undeniable dominance over the misinterpreted vacuum noise.
There ain’t nothin’ like the wind rushing through my undulating coat as I bark through the streets, the shiniest two wheels beneath me. My sidekick Puddlez, the best darn sibling a Keeshond could ever ask for, right there with me on her sleek trike.
One minute we’re roaring through Upper Black Bulldog Bay, stoppin’ at Pup-Tastic Pizza for a steak slice (extra chicken, hold the tomatoes), the next we’re chasing our tails up Western Husky Hill, just ’cause we can.
The Spencerville forest park, our Galapagos, becomes our racing track, the verdant arboreal canopy reverberating with the symphony of our engines. Then cooling tails in our natural oasisβthe backyard pool. That’s the life as we know it and we’d not trade it for a truckload of Racquetballs.
But lo, it’s not always about the rush in Spencerville. Sometimes, we’re just about peace, reposing in the Lower Golden Gate Gardens with the sun’s warm kiss caressing our intricate fur. Or calming our canine nerves inside The Barking Boutique, pampered like the gods we are.
In the evening, we roll down to Fetch-N-Bites, their apple entree always hits the spot. We do a quick pit-stop by The Pawsome Pet Pharmacy as Puddlez has an allergy – she finds the perfume of ginger cats absolutely intolerable, much like my aversion to tomatoes and empty houses.
But it ain’t all fun and frolics. There are times when our loyalty demands us to bring bones off the table, stand guard against those ominous vacuums that somehow take control of our sensible pet parents. To any hover-round harbingers reading this, “We ain’t afraid of you, we’d chew you up like a shoe if we weren’t too busy enjoying our lavish Spencerville lifestyle.”
So here’s us, a galaxy of pets, perfectly relishing our humanesque existence, waiting for our own to join us one day. Weβre running the streets, making memories, and keeping the Spencerville spirit alive. Be that a legend, a myth, or just life as it is – I, Curley, am the smiling face of it all. Until next time, my fellow pets, keep your tails high and motors revving.
The End.
